Live chat or live person?

CEO Juice has always been virtual and never had a phone system. We go straight from emails or Chat to online meetings when needed. We try really hard to have great documentation to avoid tickets.Grok
We have been slowly revising our Chat engine (Powered by ChatGPT). This is a process we intend to roll out to our clients so you can publish on your website, not just for tickets but also for sales leads, etc. When we 1st started the plan was to push the chat to Teams where a live person could answer. However, I feel the goal is to have the chat always answer correctly.

We have just updated Chat to allow you to tell us if we got the right answer and also to create a ticket if we did not. The ticket is reviewed and then our documentation is updated as needed so the Chat gets it right next time.

We intend to leverage website tracking to add context, such as what pages you were on before, plus what open tickets you currently have. We are also storing data so that you will be able to leave the chat on your PC and continue on your phone as long as you are logged in. Every interaction with our updated chat isn’t just a question answered—it’s an opportunity to refine our AI so that it can handle even more complex requests, faster and more accurately.
