Find me on:

It's nearly time for the Juice NPS Awards

The Juice NPS Awards 🏆 are announced every January, celebrating the clients whose customers rate them the highest. With the end of 2026 in sight, we've taken an early look at this year's results to see who's in the running.

If you're new to NPS (Net Promoter Score), it all comes down to one question for your customers:

"On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?"

Responses are then categorized into three groups:

  • Promoters (9-10)
  • Passives (7-8)
  • Detractors (0-6)

Your score is the percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors, so it can land anywhere from -100 to 100. Promoters stay longer, spend more and recommend you to others ❤️, which is why a strong NPS is such a good sign of loyalty and growth.

How the awards work

Every January, we celebrate the previous year's results with three awards:

  • World Class Service for an NPS of 70 or higher
  • Top 10 Service for the top 10% (Currently you need 98.28 to qualify in 2026, but there's still time for that figure to move!)
  • Perfect Score for a flawless NPS of 100

To qualify, you need at least 60 survey responses between January and December. You also need to be subscribed to ID102, which shares your company details for the awards.

You don't have to wait until January to celebrate, either. ID230 pushes your NPS to your own website, and ID125 can add your best survey comments too.

How is everyone doing so far in 2026?

Over the past 12 months, 444 clients have collected over 173,000 responses, with an average NPS of 88.8. We're proud of every one of them! 🎉

As for this year's awards race, here's where things stood on 4 October. 219 clients have already passed 60 responses, and every single one of them is scoring 70 or higher. That puts them all in World Class territory! 🎉

On track for a Perfect Score

Five clients have an NPS of 100 so far this year, meaning every single respondent gave them a 9 or 10. Some years nobody manages this at all, so it's a remarkable achievement. Well done to:

It's great to see Lineage on the list for a second year. Last year it was their North Carolina team, and this year it's Arkansas! All four of last year's front-runners are still flying high too, scoring above 90 this year.

The race for the top 10%

Right now, it takes an NPS of 98.28 to make the top 10%, and the margins are tiny. Behind our perfect scorers, the next four clients are separated by just 0.05 points, so a single response could change the order!

So Close!

The Perfect Score list could have been much longer. Another 24 clients currently have an NPS of 100 but haven't reached 60 responses yet. If that's you, there's still time to get there! Not sure where you stand? Reach out and we'll happily check for you.

As a rough guide, the clients who've qualified so far get about one response for every 11 surveys they send. At that rate, 60 responses takes around 650 surveys.

Don't forget ID102

Right now, 65 of the 219 clients past 60 responses aren't subscribed to ID102, including one with a perfect 100. Without it, we can't include you in the awards, so it's worth a quick check!

Putting the scores in context

As a guide, an NPS above 0 is good, above 50 is excellent, and 70 or higher is world class. Three in four of our qualifying clients are scoring 90 or more, which is something to be really proud of. In 2026, the average NPS for B2B industries is around 38, while B2C companies fall higher, around 49.

Survey Monkey states that the global benchmark for all companies is still 32 - same as last year.

Want to see how you stack up against our other clients? Our NPS benchmarks dashboard shows scores by country, state and dealer size, and you can log in to see your own results too.

We also post our own score on our website. It updates every month, and as I write this we're sitting at exactly 95. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to tell us how we're doing!

Making every response count

Whether you're chasing an award or just want a clearer picture of how customers feel, more responses give you a more reliable score. Here are four ways to boost your numbers before the year is out:

  1. Survey after service calls. Our closed call survey, ID109, is our most popular process. It asks customers for feedback once their service call is closed.
  2. Get your techs talking about it. Customers are much more likely to respond when they know a survey is coming and why it matters. ID42 alerts your technician when they're dispatched to a contact who has never responded, so they can mention it on site. A couple of clients even reward their techs for the number of responses, and it makes a big difference!
  3. Keep contact details up to date. A survey can only reach the right person if their details are correct in e-automate. A quick tidy-up of your contacts can really pay off.
  4. Show customers you're listening. Thank your promoters, follow up with detractors, and share what you've changed as a result. ID464 puts your survey results into Power BI, so you can track trends, compare branches and search comments for common themes. When people can see their feedback leads somewhere, they're far more likely to give it again.

The finish line is in sight

There's still time to make 2026 count. Check you're subscribed to ID102, keep those surveys going out, and look out for our blog in January to see who wins the 2026 awards! 🏆

Not tracking NPS with Juice yet? Now is the perfect time to set it up, so you're in the running from the very first day of 2027.

Whatever your score, it's worth remembering our founder Gary's favorite NPS quote:

"Reminder, the goal is not to have a high Net Promoter Score number, the goal is to have a bunch of raving fans as customers that make it easy for your sales team to get more business. NPS just tells you how well you are doing!"
