We give you the option to tell us what tools you use for things like Meter Collection, HelpDesk Software, eCommerce, etc. You can also see what % of our client base is using each tool. We are now rolling out a Power BI DashBoard to better see what everyone uses, however, you need to update it and in some categories less than 10% of our clients have. Please help!

Our data show the majority of our clients still using Remote Tech but I'm pretty sure that has changed.
It also shows Compass Sherpa as the #1 CRM but we know SalesForce and SalesChain made big inroads.
