The Role:

- Responding to tickets, directing clients to documentation, getting help from Level 2.
- Understand how to set up service contracts, process them through the billing queue, and enter service calls or orders.
- Familiar with the ILC, with inventory and purchasing, and understand the AR & AP consoles.
- Understand eAutomate Lists & Codes.

Qualifications:

- In addition to experience with eAutomate and within the industry, candidates should possess:
  
    - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
