The Role:
- Responding to tickets, directing clients to documentation, getting help from Level 2.

Understand how to set up service contracts, process them through the billing queue, and enter service calls or orders.

Familiar with the ILC, with inventory and purchasing, and understand the AR & AP consoles.
- Understand eAutomate Lists & Codes.
