It's important that you are tracking contract termination codes so that we know what contract's were lost to a competitor versus upgraded, versus went out of business etc. We are thinking of showing which competitor you are losing deals to. We would do this by adding a custom property to the Contract with a LookUp to Customers and have you add a list of your competitors, perhaps with a Customer Type of Competitor.
