These 4 main areas (exception reporting, validation of numbers, best practice sharing and integrations) are what we continue to focus on.
We have also provided slice & dice reporting. We started with Crystal, which is native in eAutomate (and many ERPs). In 2016, we moved to Microsoft’s browser-based SSRS reports, and in 2022, we moved to Power BI. Around that same time, Microsoft 365 started to become the standard for most of our clients and their customers.
We finally have the majority of clients on Power BI, all reports available, row level security, and Copilot available to ask questions about your business. That's a long road, and we're proud of where it's landed.
This is where it gets exciting.
We are working on a path for you to implement AI through Copilot Studio with ID410: our framework for helping you become an AI solutions provider to your own customers, with ready-made agent templates for AR automation, support chatbots, and more.
We are making your Power BI data available in Teams or your favorite chat model via ID74: our Power BI conversational agent.
And the big one, ID588: the CEO Juice MCP Server, is almost ready. Think of it as the secure control room that connects your eAutomate data to AI. Your data stays on your server, read-only, completely isolated from other dealers, and built on 441 years of combined eAutomate expertise. We're in the final stages of development and expect to be working with our first beta clients very soon.
