At CEO Juice, we're hoping to make things a little simpler. Here's how we've evolved and where we're headed. ![Fork in the road](https://hub.ceojuice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Fork%20in%20the%20road.jpg?width=482&height=321&name=Fork%20in%20the%20road.jpg) #### Where we started CEO Juice has always focused on exception reporting, telling you things that need action while also providing support on understanding the numbers and a best practice approach for the Office Technology space.  That's always meant integrating the various tools in this industry: DCAs, CRMs, PSAs, marketing platforms and more.  These 4 main areas (exception reporting, validation of numbers, best practice sharing and integrations) are what we continue to focus on. #### The reporting journey We have also provided slice & dice reporting. We started with Crystal, which is native in eAutomate (and many ERPs). In 2016, we moved to Microsoft’s browser-based SSRS reports, and in 2022, we moved to Power BI. Around that same time, Microsoft 365 started to become the standard for most of our clients and their customers. We finally have the majority of clients on Power BI, all reports available, row level security, and Copilot available to ask questions about your business. That's a long road, and we're proud of where it's landed. #### The path forward This is where it gets exciting. - We are working on a path for you to implement AI through Copilot Studio with [ID410](https://support.ceojuice.com/hc/en-us/articles/47349517396756-ID410-Reselling-AI-Agents-framework): our framework for helping you become an AI solutions provider to your own customers, with ready-made agent templates for AR automation, support chatbots, and more. - We are making your Power BI data available in Teams or your favorite chat model via [ID74](https://support.ceojuice.com/hc/en-us/articles/47454754488340-ID74-PBI-Conversational-Agent): our Power BI conversational agent. - And the big one, [ID588](https://support.ceojuice.com/hc/en-us/articles/48119909502100-ID588-CEO-Juice-MCP-Server): the CEO Juice MCP Server, is almost ready. Think of it as the secure control room that connects your eAutomate data to AI. Your data stays on your server, read-only, completely isolated from other dealers, and built on 441 years of combined eAutomate expertise. We're in the final stages of development and expect to be working with our first beta clients very soon.  We know security is the first question every IT manager asks when AI comes up. We've built ID588 with that in mind from day one. The future is AI agents researching and ordering products, today’s websites are built for humans. We have a solid plan and path forward, we can show you the steps.
