The Role:
- Answering tickets, directing clients to documentation, working together with Level 2.
- Help train our AI and update documentation.

Understand how to set up service contracts, process them through the billing queue, and enter service calls or orders.

Familiar with the ILC, with inventory and purchasing, and understand the AR & AP consoles.
- Understand eAutomate Lists & Codes.
