A big part of what they've both mentioned is how Juice facilitates integrations with their other systems like Salesforce, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, and of course, eAutomate. It's important to recognise that these guys have done all the work to get to where they are now, we just gave them those tools they needed to make it happen.

We hope this encourages the rest of our client base to see what they're missing and step up their Juice game! 💪 It won't be easy to become a Power User otherwise everyone would have done it and we don't have the resources to hold your hand every step of the way. However, we have so many processes available, and we also offer a Juice+ program for those wanting to jump up a level with extra customization and dedicated development time. 

We see new competitors to eAutomate pop up and offer new platforms which is exciting. However, the concept of a single product doing everything for a company is history. A solution that has built in ERP, CRM, Marketing, DCA, PSA etc. simply won't survive against one that is integrated with all the popular new products. 🤝

The future will be full of new products and technology we can't even imagine now, and it's coming at us quickly. The dealers who can implement and integrate with new technology effortlessly will win over dealers who can't. Rather than changing ERPs, we suggest you focus on integration, automation and new tools.
