ChatGPT did not exist until November 2022, and Grok came online in March of 2024. In that short time, Grok has already surpassed ChatGPT in many areas. Meanwhile, Siri from Apple, which came out in 2010, is getting leapfrogged by everyone and is becoming irrelevant. Keeping up with the latest AI tech is quickly becoming important for all.

The Copilot integration with Power BI can help with data analysis, generating queries, and creating narrative visuals. It's also integrated with Microsoft Fabric, allowing users to analyze data across different Fabric workloads. 

How does this link to CEO Juice?

Our slice & dice reporting started with Crystal Reports which is still the native report in a lot of ERPs, including eAutomate, but it's ancient and not evolving. We moved to Microsoft browser based SSRS reports about 10 years ago, and then finally to Power BI in 2022. We are all in on Microsoft as almost all our clients, (and our clients' customers!) are on Office365.

Power BI has shown significant growth over the last 12 months with no sign of slowing down! 📈

Copilot in Power BI has moved things to the next level, by allowing you to ask your report questions in real time - like how your Xerox costs compare to your Sharp costs, or any other question you might have. We have just finished embedding it in our Quarterly Business Review report (ID774), and you can even use Copilot to let your customers ask questions about your service performance. 🙋‍♀️🛠🙋⁉🙋‍♂

Our industry has been offering document workflows for decades, and scanning solutions that file paper documents and allow approvals etc. Now we are seeing clients, especially those in Managed IT, offer Power Automate workflows. 🙌
