AI tools are evolving at an exponential rate and making business easier to do. We see some clients implement these tools early while some wait. The faster these tools evolve the more risk there is in waiting, your business may be so far behind you will never catch up. CoPilot embeded in PBI just came out, are you testing it?
Juice has two types of reporting. We are best known for our "exception" reporting, tell me as soon as a contract starts to lose money. However, we also have "slice & dice" reporting. Show me how my Canon A3 costs compare to Sharp etc. Our slice & dice reporting started with Crystal which is still the native report in a lot of ERPs, including eAutomate, but it's ancient and not evolving. We moved to Microsoft browser based SSRS reports about 10 years ago and then Power BI in 2022. We are all in on Microsoft, almost all our clients are on Office365 and most of our client's customers are also on O365.
ChatGPT did not exist until November 2022, Grok came online in March of 2024, and it looks like it has passed ChatGPT. Meantime, Siri from Apple, which came out in 2010, is getting leapfrogged and becoming irrelevant. CoPilot in Power BI now allows you to ask your report how your Xerox costs compare to your Sharp costs, or any other question you might have. We have also embedded it in our QBR (ID774), you can even let your customers ask questions about your service performance via CoPilot.
Our industry has been offering document workflows for decades, scanning solutions that file paper documents and allow approvals etc. We are now seeing clients, especially those in Managed IT, offer Power Automate workflows. This is the future, embrace it or get left behind.
